Moritz Schlüter is an attorney/solicitor and certified in commercial and corporate law.

He consults and represents companies, entrepreneurs and freelancers on all legal issues relating to companies and the personal legal affairs of entrepreneurs.

In addition, Moritz Schlüter also advises start-ups on the establish­ment and development of their business and assists them in all emerging issues, such as investor negotiations, trademark registra­tions up to an exit. In doing so, Moritz Schlüter is able to draw not only on his experience from an external perspective as a consul­tant, but also on his own experience as a founder of several startups, thus providing his clients with the best possible support.
